Hi Everyone,

Just a quick reminder that we will not have swim practice during Fall Break. Enjoy the well-deserved time off!

If you want to keep up with your training and get some yards in, North Gwinnett High School has invited us to join their practices:

• When: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
• Time: 3:50 PM – 4:55 PM
• Where: Collins Hill Aquatic Center

This is completely optional, but it's a great opportunity to stay sharp.

Hope everyone is prepped for tonight's Time Trials! If you are unable to make it tonight, then I hope you have an AMAZING Fall Break!
