Thanks to everyone who has already signed up for a volunteer slot for Saturday's Meet. We still have openings for 6 timers as well as a runner and a dive announcer. If you haven't timed before they will explain everything at the timer meeting so don't hesitate to sign up for that job. Plus it's a great way to see the action up close! The runner collects the sheets from the timers at each lane as directed by the head timer. It's a good way to be up close and to get your steps in! And the dive announcer (if needed) will just announce whatever they are asked to announce for the dive portion of the meet.

It takes a village to run these meets and we need everyone to pitch in. When you registered your athlete you agreed to do 5 volunteer shifts over the course of the season so go ahead and start knocking them out!

In order to sign up to volunteer click on "job signup" for this week's meet from the swimtopia home page and then you will be able to sign up for a shift.

Looking forward to our exciting first meet of the season...GO EAGLES!
